Bought new headlights for a surprise for my husband. He loves them. He was able to install them easily as soon as he got them. They look amazing. We live in Canada and they arrived quickly and well packaged. We were able to track our delivery as well. We will definitely be purchasing additional items for our truck through Sam's.

I purchased running boards from Sam's. First, Sam has been an absolute joy to work with regarding my order and his consistent communication. Great price. They arrived in a timely fashion. Having said that, when I purchased the item, they arrived loosely packed in a box that look as though it had been through a shredder. Upon opening the box, I found that a few of the bolts, nuts, and washers were missing (not a big deal I was able find them in my garage). Further the trim on the outside of the step was broken (likely from from being thrown around so much). Again, Sam was greatly apologetic and has asked for a return and refund from the vendor who fulfilled the order. I would use Sam's Motorsports again simply because of his communication and concern for me as a customer. Thanks Sam.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be sending letters out to ABS, BBB, social media and the company owners along with email chains that show how I was treated throughout the process of trying to resolve my issue. My multiple efforts to speak to a person live was denied as were my several requests to speak with a manager to try to talk through what happened. This more about customer treatment than it is about money.

Came packaged nicely. Had clear instructions for wiring the LEDs. Only thing that could help is some kind of instruction on aiming them.
