The factory hot-side pipe for the 2011-2016 Chevrolet/GMC 6. 6L Duramax LML features numerous restrictive bends and chokes the engine with 2. 5" piping. The 3" diameter of the Mishimoto intercooler pipes provides a significant increase in airflow that results in more power and lower EGTs. The Mishimoto hot-side intercooler pipe and boot kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade and features mandrel-bent aluminum with a polished finish. For ease of install, Mishimoto designed this kit as a two-piece design, similar to the factory pipe.
