It is made with powder-coated steel and sports a tough dust shield to prevent rust or other deterioration. The shock body is a large 2.2" (55mm), holding more oil to keep it cool and provide you with consistent damping, even on distant treks. Two 35mm independent compression and rebound valves result in more precise low and high-speed damping. For added strength and durability, Belltech uses a thick, 15mm piston rod, and to reduce vibrations, we utilize a high durometer vulcanized rubber bushing. The shock showcases perfected preset damping that makes even the roughest of roads feel nice and smooth.
