The AEM Brute Force HD Air Intake System is designed for heavy duty domestic trucks that use Cummins, Duramax or Power Stroke diesel engines. It uses a large mandrel bent inlet tube made out of lightweight aluminum to relocate the position of the air filter – giving your engine access to cooler outside air and letting it burn fuel more efficiently resulting in better horsepower and torque numbers.

Compared to standard Brute Force Cold Air Intakes, these HD systems use AEM Dryflow Air Filters that have over twice the surface area for more air flow, higher dust holding capacity and longer cleaning intervals. AEM Dryflow Air Filters are much easier to clean than other high performance air filters, and don’t need any air filter oil to trap dust and debris. Simply spray it with AEM Air Filter Cleaner, wash it, then let it dry off and it’s ready for another 100,000 miles.

Many Brute Force HD Air Intake Systems also feature a powder coated steel heat shield that helps keep away engine heat from the air filter and protects it from excessive dust and debris. It also uses heavy duty dogbone brackets and soft rubber mounts to ensure maximum durability and longevity.
